Hi! Could I get an authentication pretty please?

Seller: katgefre
Item: Large Coach Purse
Link: https://www.poshmark.com/listings/59c58c62713fde34aa042f18

I searched by seller name to make sure no one else had previously requested. Thank you!

I can't read the creed number but it doesn't look good to me. It looks like the prefix is W*S. The handle is the wrong shape, the 'o' is too big and the underline under the 'o' is too long.
It's definitely a W.

The serial number, if it has one, is completely unreadable, the strap was NOT made by Coach, the turnlock isn't in the same position as in the catalog photo, and the dowel on top is too thin and the brass mounts for the strap are also too thin and look like they're attached underneath the dowel instead of halfway down like they should be.Also, the shape of the back pocket is wrong, the top edge should curve down in the center and the top edge be farther away from the dowel. It's trying to be a Post Pouch, NOT a Logan which is much larger, and failing miserably. Below are 2 genuine ones. Oh, and the back of the turnlock is covered and it shouldn't be

I would NOT recommend buying that bag!

It looks like bishopsbunch or "someone" scratched off the serial number or photoshopped the picture so it would be illegible.

I'm curious about this one.

While the serial number "sort of" resembles other Turkish creeds, I'm doubtful.

Opinions?

I think it's actually OK. It's the earliest one I've ever seen which is why it's such a jumble of different font sizes, they had a few months more to get all the digits the same size by the time they made the genuine one below, note the creed stamping and the No are identical on both of them.

Thank you! I couldn't find another 1997 bag to compare. But yes, I do see the similarities and your explanation makes sense.

And know what? It's a relief that it's authentic because I just get frustrated when reporting Japanese sellers' fakes. Ebay loves those sellers and ignores those reports so I just get high blood pressure!
