1- genuine Saddlery Bag, style 9535 from around 1986-87
2- FAKE. All K3H- and K4H- serial number prefixes are fake.
3- genuine Stewardess, made in 2001

Oh dear I didn't notice at all the brown Stewardess might be a fake. I even requested a photo of the creed (but of course forgot to upload) and was happy that the bag is of good condition and sort of not-that-expensive. Well now I learn something new. Of course now that you mentioned it I sort of remember reading about the K3H and K4H being fake... There are just so many things to remember when authenticating a Coach...

Probably I should upload the FAKE creed just for educational purpose. And THANK YOU Hyacinth!!

Stewardesses also don't have a piece of smooth leather in the inside bottom.

Stewardesses also don't have a piece of smooth leather in the inside bottom.
For the record, Fermichild was made aware that the (not) stewardess bag is fake and hasn't ended her listing.

In addition, it's not her only fake. She also has the following:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/526202823/vintage-coach-red-leather-legacy-tote?ref=shop_home_active_1

Sellers who mix authentic and fake items are particularly misleading because buyers who don't know what to look for don't know that these types of sellers can't be depended on to do their homework regarding authenticity.

It looks like they are both down now.

And there should be a hyphen before the number 9525, now that I stop to THINK, which was difficult for me when I got excited:whut:

You can't rely on a hyphen in all cases. There are some authentic creeds that don't have a hyphen.

Whateve is absolutely right - NEVER rely on something changable like a hyphen in a serial number!

Here are just 2 examples, one with NO hyphen, and one with what looks like too many. BOTH BAGS ARE GENUINE. Don't ever assume that a hyphen can be used as proof either way! Let the experts decide what's correct for that STYLE, PLANT, MONTH AND YEAR. And even then, there can be differences.
