You're welcome. I'm sorry, I know how it feels.
By the way, if it is a "9" rather than an "8", that doesn't help, since the H plant wasn't in operation in 1999.
Don't know why that posted as I meant to say it's not a 9 but an 8. I know the pic is a bit blurry. I appreciate your kindness and help. It's just sad, this is so well made and it even smells like leather Oh well I'll just keep it. I don't want to circulate this back onto the market. Have a great day.

You're confused. The C indicates that the bag was made in March. The 9 does indicate 1999 and 2 is the Turkish plant code.

The bag is authentic.
Dear Authenticator / Been Burned:
Thank you very much for the details provided. With respect to my original message, I am not confused, but, I erroneously referred C to be the country code. That was my mistake and, I apologise for the confusion caused, as you are correct indeed, the letter C signifies the month of March. That said, what is nevertheless confusing to me are the two quotes in which in one, as it appears, you state it is authentic and, right below that sentence, you or someone claims that it is "inauthentic" and that it was correct to have been removed with the question whether I can return the bag to obtain a refund? I have refreshed the page several times and this is what I see. Hence, my ultimate question with respect to this Coach Willis bag is: IS this bag authentic or inauthentic ? I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. However, the thread, as it appears presently, displays two different answers and that certainly is confusing. Thank you a bunch for your help!!!!!!! P.S.: The seller claims it was made or purchased in 1996. Clearly that is wrong.

@PurseAholics, I stated that the Willis bag YOU asked about in post #21990 is authentic.

Regarding the bag that was deemed to be fake, Whateve and I referred to a bag posted by Mch4799 that WAS fake.

Your bag, PurseAholics is authentic.

1- genuine Legacy Leather Mini Field Bag, but won't technically be "vintage" until 2023 when it's 20 years old
2 - genuine, but since it was just made in 2009 it has a long way to go before it's vintage. Made for the Factory Stores.

Hello ladies!

Could you please authenticate this coach for me? It was given to my mom as a gift from US. We are trying to sell it because my mom likes bigger bags. I am not familiar with Coach bags and their
creed. One interested buyer told me she hasn't seen a creed like this before.

"THIS IS A COACH ACCESSORY. THE STORYPATCH IS OUR BADGE OF AUTHENTICITY. FEW PEOPLE MAY SEE IT. BUT IT WILL ALWAYS BE A REMINDER OF OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND CRAFTMANSHIP." (Also attached the photos I took)

Hope you can help me out! Thank you so much in advance!
