Genuine, probably one of the Bucket Bags from the Lightweight line and made in the early 1990s. The color is more likely to be a faded black rather than Charcoal Gray like the seller says. I don't remember Charcoal being available in those styles.

Regarding the lemon wallet (Coach's name for the color), I believe it's missing the checkbook insert that I think came with it. When you list it, be sure to mention.

You definitely need to post pictures in AT Dooney of the white/bone leather bag. That one looks questionable.

You may want to ask about the actual color in your posts, Charcoal wasn't available very often and a lot of sellers mistake the faded black for gray. For instance I know that Flannel Grey ( a bit lighter than a true Charcoal) was available in vintage styles but not in the Lightweights from around 1986 to about 1988 and then pretty much disappeared for some years. It was available in 1997 on the Neo fabric bags and for a year or two around 1995 on both Natural Grain and Nubuc Sonoma styles (called Slate and also a bit lighter than true Charcoal), but other than that the only true Charcoal I found was my 1999 Willis. And believe me, I LOOKED. I love Charcoal Grey in handbags and they're very hard to find in vintage and classic Coaches. Often sellers will call a gray-ISH color Charcoal by mistake.

There may have been a few others but those are the ones I was able to find in a quick flip through my catalogs.
