• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

It's authentic. The hangtag didn't come with the bag. It is nearly impossible to clean pen from leather. Anything you do usually lightens the area around the ink without removing the ink. However, with white bags, it sometimes works to use Benzoyl peroxide zit cream applied just to the ink and put out in the sun for the day. Then clean it off and, if need be, do it again. It is possible it will bleach it lighter than the bag though so no guarantees. The dark marks around the bottom of the bag are probably from the dye wearing off, so any cleaning is going to make it worse. We have a rehab club with all kinds of suggestions: https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/coach-rehab-and-rescue-club.833400/ You could also consider dyeing it.

You seem like you are doing okay. I found it easier to post from my computer initially. My tablet was too small. I kept hitting post too soon. I ended up quoting myself unintentionally. And posting blank posts. It took a little while to figure out where my favorite threads are. I just persisted. People here were helpful and appeared to politely ignore my early messy posts.
