Hi ! I was Wondering if its possible that a bag with the serial prefix J8P bag could have been made in the USA..I thought that the P plant was in Costa Rica...when I re-locate the listing I'll put it up here for you to check out..thanks!!

So far we haven't seen any evidence of it, and most of the J8P- prefixes have too-large fonts and other things wrong with them too. The "M" plant code is a special case although a few other codes got switched around a bit too. NOTHING is ever engraved in stone with Coach but some things are extremely unlikely, like making purses in Korea. Although if Coach is making them in Bangladesh, I wouldn't put anything into the "impossible" catagory any more.

P was only used for Costa Rica.
Right exactly what I thought.!! P= Costa Rica..interesting about the floating M , Hyacinth!! .I found this listing for a duffel sac ..J8P prefix ~the creed states made in USA, NOW I spy the nickel grommets on the strap !! My PC is Aging Gracefully & I couldn't get the images to magnify & I keep getting knocked off websites, Anyway, I forgot what it was I was looking at its a Duffel Sac wanna be...the bag must be a FOACH..
oooh & lots of bids...

If it's on a site where we can effectively report fakes, please see if you can copy & paste the link here. Don't worry about posting pictures. If it's a fly-by-night site that might have security issues, break up the link by inserting a space after the www or delete the http:// and the www DOT part. Working links to questionable sites should not be posted here.
