Hello Coach Gurus!
I wonder if you would be able to authenticate this bag set that I've seen for sale on a local FB group. I have some concerns because I see this same bag being sold by EBAY sellers who have complaints for selling fakes. But I think I also may have found it advertised on an old Coach outlet site. The owner says she bought it at Winners. I am stumped!
It is advertised as a Coach Weekender tote

It seems ok to me but wait for more opinions. The style was made for the Outlets.

Keep in mind that this ISN'T a purse-type tote, it's a thin nylon tote that could be rolled up and stuffed into the corner of a suitcase to use as an extra or shopping bag, it was even called a "Packable Weekender". I can completely understand how people who didn't know what it was made of or what kind of use it was made for would think it was fake. If you're looking for something that actually feels like a purse this is NOT what you need. Here are some listings showing it can be folded up inside its zip case.

It was made in two different sizes so know what size you need if you decide to get it. 77321 is the smaller size and is about 20 inches long by 11 inches high. The larger one was style 77316 and was about 26 inches wide. Both were sold through the Factory Online Sales, here's the sale listing for the larger one, 77316:

It's authentic.

Although feedback is a good guideline, there are plenty of sellers who'd never know a genuine bag if it bit them, yet they have 100% positive feedback and there are sellers who have been falsely accused of selling fakes when they aren't fake.

(As an example, if you go through Coach and Dooney toolhaus, you'll see "fake" cries from buyers when we know that's not the case!)

Seller is wanting a return as she thinks the bag is a knock-off.
I think you mean BUYER wants to return.

Does she say why she thinks it's fake?

ETA: I wonder if it's buyer's remorse. I just realized that you have a 14-day return policy so if within that time, she could have returned for any reason. Sometimes buyers will use the fake card if they're outside the timeframe or if there's a no return policy. Since the sale was January 20, I wonder if that's the case.

She does want to return. I do have a return policy even thought this one is past the 14 days. These light-weights are going to be the death of me....

We always accept returns even if it is a bit outside the time period. ebay really gives us no choice. This is the second lightweight someone has cried fake on.... :(

The bag is authentic. I wonder what ebay's policy will be since she is outside of the return window. Did she click the return this item button?

ETA: I think many buyers think all old Coach is going to be the thick leather of the classics. I've had trouble with Sheridans because those really don't look like traditional Coach.

She was able to click the ebay return with "not authentic" being the reason.
