BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Identity: It looks Like a Chelsea (?) Emerson Satchel, which I seem to recall was available in several materials, a couple of sizes and a variety of associated style numbers. Other opinions welcomed.

Those spring-gate clips may be unique to the Chelsea line, although I wish Coach would make them standard across the board on ALL their straps. That type of clip is also available through Silver-coach, Mautto.com and quite a few Chinese and Hong Kong sellers. They're very useful when I'm swapping straps around or just extending them where dog leash clips might not work well.

I believe that you're correct on that count as the spring-gate clips do appear in several COACH stock photos for Chelsea-line bags...chelsea emerson satchel 17820.jpg Coach-new-chelsea-leather-emerson-satchel-2.jpg

A handful of other styles have them too, a style 25190 Sig Stripe Embossed Patent Small Pocket Tote that I bought has them on the long strap, and maybe other patent styles from that line did too. I remember seeing them on some of the website and FOS sale pages if you looked very closely at the photos. The larger style 25188 had them too according to the website photo.
