1- genuine, no photos of the top of the bag and no measurements so I'm not going to try and guess the style, Chapin, Regis or maybe even Pierre since I think I see 2 zipper pulls. If you win it, send measurements and photos of the top of the bag or have the seller send or post photos.

Also, I don't like to guess at colors, as I've explained before, sorry. There are limited color tags for specific years posted here:

Here's something I have that shows (some) of the Italian-made Madison line colors.

ETA: I know that they also made Madison's in Scarlet/Cherry, Celadon, Butter, as well as a tan color I've yet to see a name assigned to. I've also seen references to a color some have referred to as Caramel (which may be Maple), along with a Fern (which may be the color of the recently listed Spence shown in the attached photo, since Forest is a very dark green), and a medium (almost royal) blue.

The problem with the Madisons is that C0ach changed some of the colors every year and also had different colors for Summer and Winter. So they may have had 3 different shades of red, all for different years and seasons. Without knowing the month and year AND having a color chart or at least a catalog for that time period it can be hard narrowing down color names. And it's even harder with the standard colors on the classic leathers. Fern was a 1993-94 Madison color so without seeing a creed and serial number, it's mostly guessing.

And that doesn't even take into account all the problems with showing colors accurately in photographs. For instance, below is a Holiday 1995 page of Madisons, compare the Forest color on the Pierre Bag with the probably Forest green on the bag in post 15522, and compare that with the color sample on the hangtag picture in the same post.

THAT'S why I don't try to guess at colors. Anyone else who wants to drive themselves crazy is welcome to try. :graucho:

FAKE. NO country of origin at all in the creed, missing or incorrect punctuation, fake Coach logo, really BAD assembly quality - when do you EVER see the seam bindings so wrinkled? And does the creed say "markings" or "marXings"?

Get your money back, it's not even a close copy. And they blew the style number too, among even more problems I won't even go into.

Thanks!

1- looks ok, probably made in 1995

2- both genuine

I have a general question about the creed patchs.....i ready a guide somewhere that says Coach never used the letter i as a date stamp, as to not confuse people because it looks too much like 1....is that true. I saw a listing for a bag I think on shopgoodwill and it started with I...the format of the creed numbers were right but the month was stamped I. I'm treying to find the post to show you.
