It seems that many sellers are opting to white out part of the auth number for various reasons. A bag can be authenticated without the number BUT it is helpful for us to have it for our searchable data base etc. and better to authenticate with it.

Please try to get the number, and if the seller watermarks their photo's with the number, better yet.

For those that don't know, watermarks are easy to do-there is some info devoted to it, if you do a search.

I am about to buy this lovely Le Boy in small from a seller, and would love to check if you are able to see any red flags on this??

I know that there is a few things missing to the list for a ful authenticate of this (the serialnmbr for a start, but the seller is on vacation, and has left the bag with here mum, and sells it to the first buyer that would come and pick it up!
It would be such a shame if this opportunity would go by because I feel insecure as there is no receipt following.

Hopefully there will be enough information in this pics to look at stitches, the lock and hopefully enough information to spot some red flags if there is any visible here??)

I will be SO pleased and happy if someone would respond to this!

Please don't fall for it!
I bought a fake Chanel once and I see many similarities here. (luckily I was able to return).
They always try to come up with reason that makes it personal (like leaving it with Mom while on vacation, first come first serve, etc...). It's a scam!

Thank you so much for your warning! I am searching on my best to find anything that can reveal if its fake or not, and until now I discovered that the autencity-card should have a GOLD trim around it, and NOT a rainbow-glimmer-color as this one have!

Your reply also makes me certain that I won't go for it! ...But I should get the ad removed, and if anyone could tell for sure that they see anything that reveals a certain fake, I can contact the website to have it removed -or els it would be sold -AS A REAL, to someone else

Yes, I would report it too.
Also, we try not to point out the obvious fake details here because the counterfeiter will lurk around and use these pointers to make their fakes better.

I see a red flag here. The pics and format are not enough to authenticate and as this is a newer bag you can read about those details in Roku's sig link. But from what I see I would not buy this bag without a full authentication etc.

Yes, I saw that - too sad to hear Hope she will feel better soon and I definitely understand that authentications isn't a priority for her now.
