Because there is so much time that has passed between authentications, I will start from requests from 3/8 for practicality sake as I realize that any posts between 3/5 and 3/8 may be moot to authenticate as it has been several days. So, if your request was between 3/5 and 3/8, please re-post your request if you still need help

It would have been helpful for you to scroll back a few pages if you're wondering about the time frame for authentications. Roku was authenticating a few days ago and posted she was sick and had also had a death in the family. This is a busy thread and we can rack up several pages of requests each day. We authenticate to the best of our ability and we don't always know what the day will bring.

We did post several times in that timeframe that requests were backed up. As this is a volunteer thread, we do the best we can. It seems like common sense if you see that requests are backed up by scrolling back, then you may consider one of the alternative services.

I didn't see anything from gail13's post that seemed remotely hostile. She was just being matter-of-fact.

There is no need to stir up drama on this thread as it is a crazy enough thread as-is with the requests and out of format etc.
