Hi! I just bought this trench from an official second hand website. Trench seems to be the BURBERRY ISLINGTON made in Bosnia. It’s missing the „Islington“ tag so I am wondering if it’s from a b-production or whatnot but everything else for me maps out. Hoping to have this verified.

Item Name: Burberry Islington trench

Hi! Thanks so much for your feedback.

If possible, could you provide your opinion regarding the non existent label “the Islington”?

I know that production was moved to Bosnia for awhile, but on the website now this coat states made in England. The images that I can find of other people selling this always show a label inside stating the style name “the islington”. This one doesn’t and it also doesn’t look like it’s been removed... my theory is perhaps they produced heritage style for a while in Bosnia and didn’t add the tag, but now that it’s made back in England again the tag is back in??

Is this qualifying as a heritage coat or not? It’s still a style Burberry sells under heritage but only if u type in the name directly. The buttons are plastic according to the Heathrow Burberry boutique, does that make it any less worth its price tag/less popular? I’ll open a thread but would love ur opinion too. The gerbadine is the same quality as always from what I can tell..

Sure - open a thread - I am not an expert on this - I don't know.
