I've just paid for them but just realized that bag #3 has some crooked stitches in photo #3. Is it possible that it's from an outlet store (just found out that there are Burberry outlet stores) but with proper Burberry gift bags?

The stamps look wrong. The details on that bag don't match the details that that bag should have. Interior fabric looks wrong.

Can't you open a dispute, escalate to a claim and return the bag. Paypal will refund your money on an "item not as described" case, and you don't have to defend your reason.

Burberry bags might have some less than perfect stitching. That is one advantage of buying bags that you can handle and inspect. But in general, you should expect the stitching to be lovely.

Yes, Burberry has outlet stores. They sell items that were reduced at other stores and then didn't sell.

You will see ebay sellers who buy from outlets and list the bag online for a higher price - I see this often on the BIN auctions.
