Yes - the cosmetic case is magnolia and the wallet is what Bluefly often calls peony or dark pink - I believe it's called Quarzo by BV. I think the darker pink is good for a wallet that gets handled a lot. The magnolia is very light and delicate so for me it works for a cosmetic case since I whip out my wallet to slap out some cash more often than I whip out cosmetics to slap on my face! :laugh:

ReRe - I love your taupe cosmetic case! I'm pretty happy with Bluefly too. I just hope they don't ban me for returning an item or two here and there!

Hi everyone! The bag arrived today and I need your help in making sure this is the real deal. I had been given a large gift card at Bluefly so purchased the Ball bag from them even though I had problems in the past with this company. The color is a beautiful brown with purple hints to it. (Very similar to a choco paddy I once owned) It came with cards and a mirror. The inside lining is beige and I think I read in this forum that there were two colors of lining.

NW, everything looks good to me. I don't have a ball bag either but the leather has the sheen, it has the mirror, seems to flow the way it should, etc. Beautiful!

I forgot to put in the previous post that it came with the sleeper bag and to post the certificate tag. (now in the attached file)

I am keeping it as it seems like a great use of the gift card! I actually am very impressed with the color and the lightness of the bag.

a quick update.. i ordered a dark pink french wallet, received today but it's light pink :cursing: ... plus the leather on the snap seems peeling.:yucky: . i'm going to return it.. so :crybaby: :crybaby: .. it's supposed to be my bday gift..

sorry billbill! I just put a dark pink french wallet back in the mail to Bluefly yesterday (chose the large wallet instead) so be on the look out!!

^billbill, it did have a small scratch on the front and a little rubbing on the snap (almost looked like magnolia underneath). I did take a pic - I'll try to send it to you via PM when I get home. :yes:
