The buckle hardware and font look good. I'm unfamiliar with the new numbering system on the tags, but in general, the tag edges (perforated appearance) look authentic. The bag itself looks great, so within the limits of what I know, I think it's real. Hopefully others will comment too.

Wow, what a pretty bag! I've never seen that color combo before. The pics all look good and I've never seen a fake from this seller. so I vote authentic. Hopefully others will comment too--maybe somone who has seen this IRL.



OT, don't know why I didn't notice your Corgi rescue before, jburgh. Bless you for your rescue work. A friend has a rescue Corgi, and he's the funniest, nicest dog. His "partner" is a rescue Basset Hound, so it's cute to see these 2 short-legged dogs playing.

I am not an expert on BV but there are a couple of red flags when it comes to this bag. The lack of authenticity tag is one. Some older BV bags don't have it but this bag is not that old.... Also I have a problem with sellers who claim that an item belonged to 'an aunt' and was bought from some 'unamed' store. Anyway wait until you get more opinons and then you can make your mind up. ^^I'd also be concerned about the fact that the silver seems to be rubbing off parts of the bag and the weave (not sign of good quality). The authenticity tag should be inside the lining of the inside pocket. I know there was a silver colour released a few seasons ago called peltro, but I don't think they ever made it in the large veneta unless it was a special order. Perhaps some of the other experts can chime in...
