I have asked the seller to send the additional photos and while I am waiting, I would like to ask about the metal plaque on the cosmetic pouch inside the bag. As I can see from the picture on the listing it has following text:

BOTTEGA VENETA
Madein Italy
Limited Edition
Lavorazione Fatta a Mano
No 288

But the fonts size and form as well as the text itself look different from the texts on the metal plaque on the modern BV Cabats, imho. Do you think it could be a vintage bag with such plaque or simply a fake one?
I greatly appreciate your opinion, which I understand can not be final without additional pictures of the (especially bottom) of the bag! :)

Dear Authenticators, I have now received the additional pictures from the seller. Unfortunately, they are still not very clear, but it is still possible IMHO to see the tag and metal plate with the txt as well as the bottom of the bag. Would you kindly take a look for me , please. And my last note: As I can see, the number on the Cetificate de Originalita is 15664 V 9132 2040. Can you interpret these numbers to belong to the authentic og fake bag? Thanks a lot!

Looking at all the provided photos, my opinion is that this is not authentic, but I am not a professional at all, nor do I own a Cabat. I am seeing little things that don't set well with me - we need to wait for somebody else to evaluate this one.

Interesting case! I saw this on eBay and wondered who bought it. The tag info 115664 would be for a medium sized, 2040 ebano brown cabat, probably of nappa leather. The plate info could be of an early cabat...none of my 3 cabats are that old, so I couldn't give an opinion; however, I'd lean towards authentic if pressed. Can't wait to see if someone can authenticate this! What an exciting mystery!
