Bonelda, if you look at the link menu near the top of the tPF page you will see a search function. my earlier post was not to imply anything negative about tamparobin, merely to say i know others have had experience with him/her and i always recommend one does research on sellers. my earlier post was not terribly clear and i would hate to have it misread.

i see baggiana, who is more than qualified on older bag styles, has responded about authenticity. I just am not comfortable authenticating older bags.

I don't see any warning signs but we can't authenticate without clear photos of both sides of the white authenticity tag, which is usually found inside a zippered pocket. The color looks like Ebano.

Welcome to the Purse Forum and the BV subforum!

This looks authentic. Any potential buyer of this bag would be smart to question the seller for more details on the condition, any odor, and request more photos of the wear and any stains inside or outside. It sounds like it's been used a lot but the photos and description aren't detailed at all.

Seller sent me pictures. My guess is the seller copied the descripption of a Large Ebano Veneta.

Bag looks authentic but the color is Moro, not Ebano.

I wonder how negotiable the seller is. The listed price is the full retail price for the copper rame. It went on sale in the last great sale (apparently) of BV for 50% last Spring - doesn't mean the seller didn't pay full retail for it, but just FYI.

It is a lovely lovely bag though. Real POP factor
