could you please post pics of the back of the zipper and the hardware that you are talking about
and a picture of the bag also

Please read post #1 of this thread for information on the photos we need to examine, including the stamp on the back of the zipper head. There are some other details we will want to look at.

Hello, calling any knowledgeable BV owners, could you kindly give an expert opinion on this BV bag found on the bay today - is it fake of real, what model or year could this possibly be, any information re. the seller - anything useful is very welcome indeed:

My comment: Says pre-owned, looks good, but the price is very low, and no picture of the BV tag normally found inside bags with various info........

Hopefully we can see a photo of the white authenticity tag (found inside a zipped pocket). I cannot find this in my catalogs but I am missing :Resort 2006 and the summer 2006 catalog shows some shoes with very similar detail in a similar color called Papavero, if I read it correctly. That's all I have until we see a white tag.

I'm here once again to consult the experts on authenticating a bag. A friend is interested in selling me a Bottega Veneta bag that her mom purchased in Taiwan.

I'm not sure what leather this is and the tag does say 2010. What really bothers me about this bag is that the entire lining is in this black shiny nylon fabric which gives it kind of a "cheap" feeling. Is this normal and if so, why does BV line this bag in black nylon while other bags are lined in suede?

I'd really appreciate any opinion on this and what the retail price on this was.
