It's authentic and the color code is correct for Chene. The medium Veneta is about 15" wide; I don't know how high, but the main Bottega Veneta website should have dimensions. You can also check our reference section for size comparisons and photos of people carrying them.

Nappa is a lightweight yet durable leather and the way BV weaves it, it's very strong. The leather softens and drapes after you carry it for awhile. For me the medium is slightly small, but I'm heavy so the large size suits me. It's a fabulous style.

sorry no one answered before the auction ended. I believe it's authentic but fairly old for a wallet, maybe 10 years or more.

Hi, it looks authentic, but it's not Marco Polo...here's some information on the "fabric" used:

The material used for this product is the result of a long manufacturing process which combines a layer of canvas with one of PVC. It is a technical material extremely resistent to wear and tear but sensitive to heat and cold with a tendency to soften or stiffen respectively. Wash with neutral soap and water. Do not use alcohol or solvents.
