It looks authentic. The color is Noce, which is now discontinued but was a classic (produced every season) for many years. I don't know the name of the bag or the year but it's prior to Fall, 2005. There was a season that featured the perforated look with ruffle trim around some of the bags and obviously this bag is from that season. I hope someone who recalls which collection it's from will help you out.
