Hi ladies, I hope you can help me with this one. I'm sorry I'm not sure what the bag is called, it's actually the first time I've seen a Bottega Veneta bag like this. There are only 3 pictures. I found it on Yahoo!Auction Japan. The seller claims to have bought it in a Bottega Veneta outlet store in Italy. The price listed is 34700yen, which is about $400. It sounds very cheap to me. I thought it's a little too good to be true. What do you think?

Hi, first of all, we'd need pictures of the back and front of the authenticity tag inside to give an opinion on authenticity.

If authentic, the bag looks like a mini veneta. These are very small and fit a cell phone, small zipped coin purse (not full size wallet or even french wallet) and keys...maybe a lipstick, too. My Japanese is rusty so I can't tell the size.

It's possible it was purchased at an outlet and if that's the case, the selling price is reasonable. The special tiger one retailed for $980 and this one would have been quite a bit less since it's not woven and has no exotic materials on it. :smile1:

I'm not sure if I can get those pictures but I can give you a bit more information on the bag. According to the seller, it's made of deer skin. The dimensions are 14cm x 22cm.

I just noticed the size. In that case, it's probably too small for me. Do you know if they make the same bag in a larger size?

hi, welcome to the bv forum. please refer to the first post of this thread for list of pictures and quality we need for authentication. in the future we appreciate it when you get the pictures before asking for an opinion. as you already know from your post, there are insufficient pix of poor quality.

Hi, this does come in a larger size, but I'm not sure about the colors offered. These mini's are cute but so tiny :smile1:
