TRR is known for allowing fakes to slip through, and is generally a site fraught with issues. That said, I shop there a lot, you can get some good bargains if you know what to look for.

Be prepared with all of your data on fakes. They generally don't refund shipping etc., although I don't know if that's the case with a counterfeit item, I'd push hard. My guess is they'll offer you some store credit. Good luck!

Nice! Thank you. Actually looks better than I'd imagined in that modeling shot.

Any guesses on color? The leather/color is killing me.


EDIT: for some reason the color looks to me like a unique shade of purple, but the listing describes it as navy. I'm guessing the color in the photos is off, and not not exactly the purple I think it is.

If you look at the mirror and the tag it's closer to a navy, I wonder if it's a faded dark knight?

I've gotten full refunds, including shipping both ways, from TRR in the past for items not being in the condition described. They should definitely refund you every penny you spent on a fake. I've found their chat to be helpful. Also, if a customer service rep doesn't want to help you, ask for a supervisor. Good luck. I hope it works out and you get a full refund.
