I haven't read anyone saying the bales have changed. That would be, as you say, not true BUT there are examples of authentic bags with bales that are a little off, same with rivets (not going to go into detail as to what year etc.).
Just wanted to be clear.

Someone write this some posts ago, that is why I mentioned it. I'm not agree with your opinion about some bales and rivets can be a "little off", as they are all produced by exclusive molds.

But they have been, I actually owned a bag, bought from Bal.com, and one of the rivets was ever so slightly off.

If you're referring to my post, I would like to clarify..

I said some of the details have changed in the last couple years, for reasons we can all appreciate I wont post them but there are specific details used for authentication previously that have drastically changed.:smile1:
Sadly, the most recent tag changes have made authenticating via photos even more difficult, in many cases.



I have also seen some anomalies with rivets & bales that I know for certain were on authentic bags. Perhaps it's the specific artist creating the HW or just poor quality control, hard to know for sure. The bales are hand made from extruded metal, not molded.

Whatever they make the bales and rivets, they must follow kind of insole or similar for sure.

I see your point exactly! As I own several Bal range from 2006 to 2014, from leather quality and the make I cannot feel this is fake:( it is as super shiny as my tournesole from 2013, as smooth as my envelope. Leather is slouchy in a natural way, feeling even better than my 2013 city (which is a bit dry...). I have contacted the seller, obtained her receipt, and the receipt points to the Bal outlet store in Italy, with original price of 700 euros. (Also stated no return or refund for outlet items). Therefore hard for me to believe it would be fake:( I guess I am calling the outlet store to consult their tags...

I agree on this one. I think the color is also off. Is it supposed to be Rouge Cerise? It honestly looks like my Cassis.
