Can you not argue the case that, since they claim to have in-house inspectors who vet everything for authenticity, they should cover all costs if you produce an expert report that it's counterfeit? Their website states clearly that they check carefully for fakes. IMO you should be quite proactive in getting all of your costs back once you have a written confirmation that the bag is a fake.

Thank you so much for your kindhearted, helpful post, muchstuff!! :heart: You are absolutely right and thankfully I was able to file a dispute and persevere, and receive a refund prior to the fake bag being shipped out from France. I am most grateful for this and for all of your support and kindness. :smile1::heart:

Thank you so much for your compassion, empathy and loving support, muchstuff!!:hugs: I feel immensely relieved and thankful beyond words since this could have dragged out interminably, and it truly is so stressful and onerous having your vital funds tied up (and consequently your peace of mind too...lol!). I'm so pleased to see that it worked out well for you.

Some of us who help on this thread have experienced that heart sinking realization. Sometimes it's not mostly the stress of throwing away money that hurts, but the loss of our dream bag.

You wouldn't believe how many fake 04's are still in circulation. I actually bought one, returned it, and bought the same one from a different seller, two years later. It's called, "Blinded by love." :shame:
