Atlanta H

....to say that they're still open. It's a REAL hard hat!!!!!!!! It's orange, and it says "Hermes Atlanta" on the front. I was confused when I got something from "Hermes Communications" in a larger Fed Ex box, but I sure didn't expect that.

BRAVO to Hermes for some real imagination on letting customers know about the move. I was expecting a nice little card or letter, but this is better.

Does anyone know if the H in Atlanta has a sample sale like some other locations in Paris & NYC for example?? BTW my SA Tomeko is the best :)

I will have to ask for Tomeko next time. I have not visited since they were in their temporary location. The SA who "helped" me was not very helpful at all. He seemed so disinterested in showing me anything - even Twillys! I wondered if it was because I was not carrying an H bag that day (I had my Lady Dior with me), but I was wearing several pieces of H jewelry. It was such an unpleasant experience that I haven't been back and have been making all of my H purchases online. I am curious about the new store though so I may have check it out one day soon.

I adore Tomeko!! I've worked with him for the last two years now. (I'm back and forth from Atlanta a LOT!)

The new store is in a lovely new complex with Dior, La Perla, Moncler and Louboutin across the street, and lots of other high end luxury stores all around!

I couldnot find a thread for Atlanta, so thought I would start one. I’ve only been casually shopping here since late 2020, but now I am looking to be more serious. I know RTW and fine jewelry/watches/home goods are great categories.

I was looking for any advice/tips that TPF Atlanta shoppers may have about this particular store. I have yet to really click with any SA. They (3 total) have handed me their cards, but i have only texted the last one, but it was hit or miss. I dont want to text multiple SAs, but wonder if its time to move on. Only this month, that I have asked for evelynne or picotin (of course, not available).

To build my portfolio with H, I think i mainly will buy watches, fine jewelry. I have bought shoes, silks, and belts, but to be honest, i am not too crazy about the RTW but will likely buy something.

anyways, thank you in advance!!

What is everyone's impression of the boutique? I've been by a few times and the lack of inventory is a bit frustrating.

How long do quota bags take here?
Was there a few days ago. I like the store, it's very cute and a hidden gem in it's location.

The store is on the smaller side (disappointed in their RTW selections) but the staff is really nice & down-to-earth [a nice change from the normal Hermes uptight/stuck-up SAs)

Met a lot of the people that work there: Ops Mgr, Store Director, and of course my SA. Everyone was very nice and bubbly and interacted with me, even though I wasn't their client [unlike other H boutiques where the other SAs walk right by you & want nothing to do with you if they weren't making $$ from you at the moment]. The Store Director was very nice and was right there on the floor assisting clients and the SAs, which is a testament why the entire staff is very welcoming.

I had such a good time talking to other clients and joking with my SA and laughing with other SAs. This, aside from a group of snobby women who were with a lady who was getting offered a shiny croc B. Because the store is so small, they don't have private rooms, so the SA presented them the bag in the FJ "department". When I walked over there to check out FJ, they [the women] all peered & scoffed at me like I was some type of intruder. But that's for another story [maybe I'll post in Overheard Hermes:graucho:].

I picked up a few things that I probably wouldn't have been able to get from my home store. The SA is very efficient & communicative.

Overall, I give the experience a 9/10 (deducted points only because of the size and small RTW selection).
