Was there a few days ago. I like the store, it's very cute and a hidden gem in it's location.

The store is on the smaller side (disappointed in their RTW selections) but the staff is really nice [a nice change from the normal Hermes uptight/stuck-up SAs)

Met a lot of the people that work there: Ops Mgr, Store Director, and of course my SA. Everyone was very nice and bubbly and interacted with me, even though I wasn't their client [unlike other H boutiques where the other SAs walk right by you & want nothing to do with you if they weren't making $$ from you at the moment]. The Store Director was very nice and was right there on the floor assisting clients and the SAs, which is a testament why the entire staff is very welcoming.

I had such a good time talking to other clients and joking with my SA and laughing with other SAs. This, aside from a group of snobby women who were with a lady who was getting offered a shiny croc B. Because the store is so small, they don't have private rooms, so the SA presented them the bag in the FJ "department". When I walked over there to check out FJ, they [the women] all peered & scoffed at me like I was some type of intruder. But that's for another story [maybe I'll post in Overheard Hermes:graucho:].

I picked up a few things that I probably wouldn't have been able to get from my home store. The SA is very efficient & communicative.

Overall, I give the experience a 9/10 (deducted points only because of the size and small RTW selection).
I would agree with your assessment! I have repeatedly joked with other customers and SAs, admiring each other's bag. I like that 1 SA helps me with everything, instead of different SA for diff department. Post it! I want to read LOL

I found an SA and she is very nice! I have visited the store a few times. I feel I may have misstepped because I turned down a Bearn wallet and then I picked up a wallet online (I caught one of the drops and impulse purchased  whoops). I have asked for a picotin and she mentioned it would take months. I am just wondering if this timeline is because it is a smaller boutique? She is very nice though. I am going to visit again soon and buy a pair of shoes I think.

As far as that little area you mention about the FJ department, I saw a woman being offered a mini Kelly the first day I went in! It is unfortunate the store is that small. I am hoping the new space next year sees good changes with inventory etc. However, I overall agree with your sentiment that the SAs are very nice. I am sad to hear other stores do not have the same experience.

Yes, mine has been so helpful and so willing to explain things! The first time I went in she took the time on a busy Saturday to show me how to style a shaw in several different ways. I ended up buying it because I fell in love with it. She just does not reply to my texts as much as I would like. I get left on "read" quite a bit. It's worse than dating I swear

Haha, I know what you mean, the SAs can take a while to respond---that's why I am glad I don't have that litte Phone that starts with an "i"...eases my anxiety of being left on read, or seeing the "typing bubbles"

I guess I mostly meant the ratio. Do you find it’s 1:1? 2:1 etc?

Definitely willing to spend but the SA I initially have worked with hasn’t been as responsive outside of the store as I have hoped.
I find it’s more like 1.5 to 2, but closer to 1.5. I wouldn’t expect them to be responsive outside the stores unless you have built up a spending history.

Also - did you find the same spending ratio applied for non-QBs?
I received a picotin before hitting 1:1 BK. I would say go in every month, buy what you like but don’t be picky, never order online. I had very little interactions with my SA before my first quota offer, just went in every month and picked out some items—was in and out within 10 minutes. I would consider myself an easy client. I only sent a wishlist when my SA mentioned to me specifically that I should text. I got my second quota 5 months after the first.

This is super helpful. Thank you very much!

Would you be able to share how much you’ve spend to get your second offer? How and when did you bring up your wishlist for your second bag?

Hello everyone! I’m new to the area and am wondering if anyone has been able to acquire mini lindy lately and how was the pre-spending. (It’s not a quota bag but ml has been so popular!)

I’m willing to spend and my goals are not BKC, so not sure if that’ll make it easier for me to get the bags on my wishlist…

TIA! :flowers:
