I was 18 when I got a Dooney & Bourke (with matching wallet and keychain for graduation). I got my first LV (petit bucket) when I was 23. I'm 29 now and in the meantime have collected several more LVs and couple of Guccis and a Coach. But I still have the D&B and love the bucket the best! :smile1:

I was pretty young couldn't even drive yet I think. My parents took me to Italy and I bought my very first Prada bag, one of those nylon hobo ones which I stilll think is so so pretty, but I gave it to my cousin years ago. I was sooo excited, saved all the ribbons from it and everything! Even seeing the exact same bag on Bluefly and 83492084032 other discount sites later didn't kill my love for it!

lol and before that i wwas content in just stuffing my essentials in my sleeve.. then i saw the purse forum and now that feels like a lifetime ago.

20- it was a deep violet suede coach, don't really know the name...i loved it and it was enough for a very long time... :heart:(my hubby bought it for me on our honeymoon).

then i got a prada.........another coach, a michael kors....

and at 21 stumbled onto this forum, and within 2 weeks i'm the proud owner of a red balenciaga twiggy and a damier speedy 30!!

my first coach was @ 14-It was a girlie bag for Xmas. My first Gucci was @ 16, I had the loafers and had to get the matching bag. I've been hooked ever since. The most I've ever paid for a purse was high five figures for a Judith Lieber minaudiere that I've used once lol
