20% off today have to say i have had 2 different christmas gift catalogues from aspinal so classy- the mulberry one i chucked in the bin not one thing in it i would want

I must confess to purchasing a little something from Aspinal online ... [emoji5] I haven't looked in the Mulberry catalogue yet. Back in the day, I would have ripped it open before it hit the door mat ... [emoji53]

I have given up on this brand, the quality is terrible! Have had issues with bags sagging, leather wearing off the handles and them blaming it on hand sanistiser (which I don't use!), peeling patent and an unjustifiable price point for the quality.

That's a shame. I love Aspinal but I agree that the quality can be hit and miss. I have three Marylbones (two midi and one large) and the large one is excellent quality whereas the two midis scratch/wrinkle soooo easily.

Their customer service has also gone massively downhill (although on the phone they're far more helpful, over email they're terrible).

I feel they copy a lot of other brands too? But not in a tasteful way? It's kind of like when Primark copies high fashion. Beautiful Soul collection is a straight copy of the Gucci flowers, the Lottie is a copy of the Mulberry Lily (Lily far better quality) and Brook Street looks like the Prada double zip. Haven't been impressed at all, the leather is so cheap and I'm pretty sure the range is made in China

I have to agree with the last point - when I have emailed them, I never get a response. What is the point of having an email address if you don't use it to answer customer queries.
