I wanted to ask your advice about the Deep Shine Black Croc leather. I have noticed these white scratches on two of my items and wondered if you knew how to remove them. I have tried using collonil 1909 leather 'deluxe' black cream but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference. I think I will need some kind of dye. This leather isn't patent but does seem to have a coating applied to give the shine. I am looking to buy the midi mayfair in this print for my birthday this year, but I am put off by these marks that seem to have appeared from nowhere. I use the purse everyday and must have scuffed it in my bag.

You can try reaching out to AoL customer care and seeing what their suggestions are. But guess is a product specifically for patent leather would probably work better than what you tried already. It's not patent but as you said it is similar. I have heard good things about Saphir brand but never tried them. I have had limited experience with AoL and patent leather though.

I recently purchased a large London tote online but sadly returned. Beautifully made but too stiff and heavy for my needs. I'd like to be able to see more of their bags in person. I'm in the US and I don't believe stores here carry them. Excellent purchase and return experience though with Selfridge's.

Hello Aspinal fans! I am interested in the full size Mayfair in cherry ombre. As it’s a seasonal color, realistically, how long do I have to purchase it before it sells out. I could buy it at the end of this month but would rather wait until the end of June. Advice?
