I’d say quite a dark navy. I have some images that might help taken indoors but in evenings so no natural light. The Lily is black so you can see the contrast with the navy.

With a dark navy dress prior to unwrapping chain. DH bought me the Lottie to go with this dress for a wedding.

@Katinahat , thanks for your helpful pictures! To be honest, I still hesitated on the Lottie because I don't need another dark bag. But after considering it all day, I decided to go for it because I think prices on European goods are likely to inflate shortly and Aspinal's build quality for the price has really impressed me ( I have a Mayfair and a Stella so far).

Here is the haul. I took advantage of the sale to check out a bunch of SLGs before committing to buying a bag.

Takeaways:
  • The new pink color is more muted than it appears on their website, which I like
  • The nano Mayfair, while cute as heck, doesn’t fit credit cards very well, so it will go back. Was thinking of using it as a cute wallet or bag charm but since credit cards don’t even fit, it doesn’t serve enough of a purpose
  • The dark gray wallet is bigger than I thought, so it will go back
  • I LOVE the ‘soft taupe’ color and want to get a bag in it, but the midi Mayfair would be way too similar to my Valextra. So I’m really torn. If they had it in the mini Mayfair or hat box, it’d be a done deal.

Did you buy online or in store? I think they actually do make the mini mayfair in taupe, it's just not on the website. A sales rep sent me a pic of one a while back (I think). Anyway, if you haven't asked, maybe do.

Lots of pretty things! Excited to see more of the pink leather :D
