It's so valuable to get other people's persectives on this. I'm so glad that my frame doesn't overwhelm the green bag. I think the burgundy one will best serve as a workbag due to its shape (perhaps a bit less dressy-looking). I will save the green bag for my weekend fun or errands.Thank you for the beautiful pictures. Like @afroken said, I like the green one slightly more too. Still, the burgandy is gorgeous as well.
I especially like it as a hand held bag!

I have a cute pink card case. I've read reviews and it appears AoL goods are painted rather than dyed so after some wear and tear it is possible the colour could chip off and expose the uncoloured leather underneath.

thank you! Yes there is a fair bit of pink throughout my house. It’s my fave colour without a doubt!
It states on their website that they use organic vegetable dyes so not sure if this is correct. I‘ve personally not experienced this and the quality is really stunning.

!My card case seems to be some kind of Saffiano finish (I bought online from TKMaxx). I think I'll reach out to customer service or perhaps pop into their store after work this week to have a look and get clarification on my card case specifically as I am quite rough with my everyday SLGs and so prefer longevity.
I hope your card case will hold up well! I have been using an AoL lizard embossed card case for the past couple of months and I’m not easy with my SLGs, it has held up well and all the stitchings are impeccable. I also stuffed it to the brim. Does anyone own the Letterbox bag? It's discontinued now but I always wanted one and now they are so hard to find. I am wondering if it is a good bag to own and in what leather, the pebble or saffiano. I am probably going to have to purchase 2nd hand now, I guess I thought it was part of the permanent line.
I don’t own one but there are some on eBay and Vestiaire Collective. The pebbled leather on my tote is really supple and luxurious. Depends what your preference is I guess.
