OK, here are comparison photos of the new Mayfair (9.25" in length) and the older version (10" in length). Please excuse the outfit. I tried to find something that wouldn't stand out and I noticed after taking the photos that my black turtleneck was covered in goosedown that had escaped from a hole in my comforter! Not my best moment.

Love the outfit you put together, simple but classic and elegant. I like both bags on you but slightly prefer the evergreen more. I like the square shape and feel it’s more dressy. The shape is reminiscent of the H Kelly. The burgundy one looks more relaxed imo, due to its rectangular shape. I wouldn’t be surprised if you are the best dressed at your university

Haha, well, where I work everyone is SO casual it doesn't take much to win a best-dressed award! Our relatively new college Dean loves to wear high heels to work (pre-COVID) so I feel like she has "stepped up "our game (couldn't resist the pun, sorry). I feel like she would "get" my handbag love.

I keep laughting at the fact that black turtleneck is has splotches of goose down in the photos and that my pants aren't fitting the way they used to prior to the pandemic. In my house, COVID19 refers to our weight gain rather than the year of the disease!
