The leather formerly known as CRUNCH will be called LUX for all Fall 2 bags. Prior to fall 2, (ie pre fall), it will still be called CRUNCH.

Its my impression that there is really not much, if any difference between the current production of CRUNCH and the future LUX.
I think they are basically renaming it.

Nebula, Chopper and Bella are truly "NEW" leathers in the lineup for Fall 2.

Oohhh I like those names!!! Also, so sorry if I missed this date but when does the rest of the Fall stuff show up? I assume the stuff out now is Pre-Fall.

As far as Tano deliveries go, your guess is as good as mine.... sometimes I get insider info about certain stuff coming in this/next week, but thats about it.... sorry!

Nebula bags have a completion date of 10/30... but hell, i wouldnt be surprised if they arrived on MOnday! haha

Hello! Here's a question that Voodoo thought you might be able to help me with. I bought a gently used yellow Mona Lethal, and it's held up pretty well, but it's getting dry, and everyone recommends Lubriderm. But I think I need to clean it before I Lubriderm it. Do I? What should I use? The top and around the zippers is a little brown. I don't want to Lubriderm her and lock in the dirt.

Sorry if this is a dumb question! I've never cared about a bag enough to clean it much less moisturize it - ha! I usually buy the crappy disposable knock-offs in Chinatown - never again!

mona, if you want to clean the leather try lexol cleaner and conditioner. Its just awesome on crunch. Ive tried lubriderm and it works, but it doesnt last as long as lexol IMO.

darcy, saddle is pretty much a classic british tan. Take a vow is a great convertible bag thats a remake of an old style called centerfold that was very popular.

Hi, I'm new to Tano (and pretty much new to leather bags as well). I recently bought an older brown minilisa on Ebay and there are some scratches on it, as well as faded and worn areas. What products do you recommend to clean/condition the bag with to help revive some of the color and minimize the scratches? After I've cleaned it should I use a protectant on it, if so what? Any other leather care tips I should be aware of?

Thanks!

Ive got a dozen or so crunch bags and I conditioned them all with Lexol conditioner and preservaive. It helped a lot. I recommend it. Some girls here use skin cream like lubriderm. Ive tried that and it helped the dryness, but felt greasier to me and the results didnt last as long.

Try a gentle leather cleaner from Wilsons or coach.... NO SADDLE SOAP, though! Test first on an unseen part of the bag and wait 24 hours to check for adverse effects before you do the whole bag. Good luck!

After your bag is clean you could spray it with a protectorate or use the lexol.

Thanks! I picked up some Kiwi Mink Oil in a little tin at Target today, as someone mentioned that conditions bags well. Was going to try it out later today, is that OK to use on the crunch leather?

Oh, and should I use a cleaner on it before I use the mink oil? And/or spray it afterwards? I saw they had both a Kiwi cleaner and a protectant spray at Target as well, though the mink oil says it waterproofs leather.
