Hi TE! I was wondering how the High-Low Pedigree compares to the Moving On Up?
Thanks!!

Two very similar bags are high low pedigree in crunch and self portrait in plush. Moving on up is basically the boogie bucket with some front pockets applied. It has a more square, structured base and a studier handle than the others, and its more of a bucket shape than a hobo. Also it has a magnetic snap closure as opposed to a zipper. Hope that helps!

browner than last fall's yellow? or about the same?

You know its really hard for me to say- unless I could see them all lined up together.

The Fall yellows tend to be a little muddier than the spring ones.

Tano changes its colors every season but sometimes (especially with the yellow and orange) its just a half a shade cooler or warmer- you know what I mean?

yes, I've noticed that. i tend to like the springy cool yellows better, but can't seem to find the bag i want in those colors (chicklit in lemon). I've seen pineapple and dandelion chicklits but, as you say, have too much brown in them.

thanks for the info!

Thanks, it helps a lot! I tend to like the structured base and definitely like the magnetic snap closure better too!

hi TE! sorry if you've answered this before...but do you know what color trim the immeasurable will have in garnet and teal?

here are the trim combos for Fall 2009:

teal will have BLACK trim
garnet willl have BROWN trim
flame will have BROWN trim
saffron will have BROWN trim
cobalt will have BLACK trim
violet will have BLACK trim
black will have BROWN trim

As always, this is tentative. Tano bags are always subject to last minute changes in production.

How do you like the shopper in the orange peel this season? I am looking for a brighter orange bag but wanted something a little different than my boogie's. Thank you!

the orange shopper is a perrenial favorite. It was even featured in Japanese vogue once. Its a really large bag... the price (low) and weight (feather light) are remarkable considering its size!

I apologize if this has been asked before: Why doesn't Tano put the color of their bag on their tags??

I dont know! Just the style number is put on at the factory. I guess it would complicate things further for the workers, and Im not sure just how important the color name really is to consumers/retailers. (What's more important is if the color looks good and sells!)
