Asian - 4th nosejob?

Hello!

I`m a 26 years old Swedish asian who wants to operate my big and round nose.

I have already done 3 rhinoplastic by a Swedish surgery and my nose looks the same as before I had the surgery. It´s still round and big when I wanted it to be much more slimmer, small and not round. I really hate it.

The first time a did the operation the surgeon placed medpors implant inside my nose and built up the tip with cartilage from the ear. Second and third time, he only made
the implant narrower . I have also received cortisone in the nose for improvement, but they did not help much.

So now I´m thinking about doing a 4 th rhinoplasty, but using a specialist in asian noses instead.

Can anyone recommend the best plastic surgeon who does revision noses on asian?

Since you're not happy with the first three surgeries have you thought of going back to this Dr. and asking him/her for your money back as they didn't do what you asked for.

I think there's actually an entire thread dedicated to "Asian" rhinoplasty. What I read so far, a lot of people are flying to Korea and having their noses done in S.Korea.

There are also skilled surgeons here in the USA... but for some reason, many are flying to Korea. It's worth the long read to find out why!

Since you're not happy with the first three surgeries have you thought of going back to this Dr. and asking him/her for your money back as they didn't do what you asked for.

You can not "ask for your money back" because any PS will tell you that there are no guarantees with rhinoplasty. A PS can not predict how a nose will heal. That's why they tape them down and apply pressure after the procedure because it encourages the nose to maintain its new shape.
OP, I don't think that I would undergo 4 nose jobs. I just think that things start to go horribly wrong when you mess with them too much.
I'm sorry that you did not get the results you had hoped for, but PS can sometimes be a gamble. Best of luck if you decide to go that route though

I also did my 4th nose job in Seoul with!!! I choose TL because of f/c but I love how my nose came out! Dr. choi said my previous dr did a horrible job with my nose lol,, I think GNG is also famous for nose. Good luck!!

If you are Asian, I would get your surgery done in Asia as the Asian doctors have way more practice on perfecting the nose for Asian faces.

I've had my nose done in the US three times. Korean plastic surgery is 10-15 years ahead of US plastic surgery. Except for my breast surgery, I will never had plastic surgery done here again. And I am already looking for breast doctors in Seoul.
