I was listening to a podcast the other day that had Emily Nolan as a guest. She is or at least was a plus size model and talked a lot about the industry. She said there's just as much plastic surgery with the plus size models as with everyone else and that they get tons of liposuction to create that hourglass figure.

She said the minimum difference between your hips and waist is 10 inches, but that a lot of the girls have a difference of 16 or even 18 inches. Kind of made me think that Ashley is probably done some sculpting.

I feel like I read somewhere that somewhere that she has had lipo. Can't really knock it, all models do it.

wouldn't surprise me- i personally have never seen a plus size woman with her shapely figure. the 'normal' people i see tend to have less of a waist.

And a double chin. She is over 200lbs. Trust me. And I understand the need for body acceptance, but why should an obese/overweight person just accept that and not get healthy. I say that being overweight myself. Personally, I don't find her appealing in swimwear. It actually makes me not want to buy it. But I guess different strokes for different folks...

IDK about the double chin....seems like some heavy women are fortunate in that their faces don't get fat. And also the ones whose legs from knee to ankle are shapely. Others can gain 20 lbs or so - going from slim to chubby - and their face gets fat.
Genetics.

You cannot tell someone's weight by looking at them! Especially not from photoshopped pics while wearing shaping garments. Anyone who claims to be able to do such should not be trusted. I don't care how similar you think you are, if you're overweight, used to be overweight, weigh elephants for a living, think you are a human scale by sight.....Y'all need to stop! (Well technically you can carryon and say what you want...but it's silly lol) Everyone....EVERYONE carries weight different and genetics determine where weight will deposit on your body. Not to mention it's completely unhealthy behavior and continually highlights the obsession women have with weight vs health.

^ Ok! Unless you are her doctor or have actually witnessed her stepping on a scale for yourself, you really don't know what you're talking about in regard to her weight or anyone else's. It's one thing to guess but how are your stating facts about someone else's body weight?

Health goes so much deeper than the number on a scale or a dress size. Being slim doesn't equate to being healthy, just like being on the larger side doesn't always equate to being unhealthy.

That's what I think she weighs and that's that. I'm not carrying on about it. I was just giving an opinion. Regardless if she weighs 200 or 150, I don't find her appealing. Not trying offend anyone

I know what you mean about her weight and ITA! I would not be shocked or surprised if that is the number. I know girls her size with the height that puts them at that number or close to it. And they aren't considered overweight- just big girls.

Ashley Graham was one of the models who showed up to support the Moschino Resort Collection runway show in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The plus-sized beauty looking stylish in a brand t-shirt paired with a patterned black wet-look jacket.

She added matching wet-look trousers and chunky platform boots.

Actually it does. Being overweight or underweight is ALWAYS unhealthy.

Also, guessing someone's weight isn't rocket science. We know how tall she is. We know she's not doing crossfit and stacked with muscle. The girl is at least 190, closer to 200.

Found this plus sized model on YouTube and not only does she have no double chin and great proportions like Ashley, but she has virtually no cellulite. How?!
Cellulite isn't always a function of being overweight as much as it is a function of genetics. It has to do with your skin elasticity and ability to "hold its shape"
