Are you a Kelly girl or Birkin girl and why?

Though I have neither at the present moment, I know I'm both. Why? I like variety and I have my moods. Birkin for the edgier look, and Kelly for the ladylike feel.

I prefer the KELLY. I like the fact you can carry it on your arm AND as a messenger bag.

if i HAD to choose, i am a kelly girl. love the look. elegant and sophisticated. i could stare at my kellies forever. but i do love my birkin for convenience, and they are fun.

I adore both Birkins and Kellys.
I use my birkins more because of the in/out ease and casual nature of the bag. That said, I use a 35cm sellier kelly with very casual clothes but mostly only if I do not need to be in and out of the bag. The kelly is my go to bag for more formal day occasions.
I feel special carrying both.

I am a Birkin girl through and through! Although I like the fact that the Kelly has the shoulder strap, I still found it a bit troublesome to open and close when you're actually using the shoulder strap. While the Birkin has to be carried on your arm, it's very easy to retrieve things from the bag. If only I don't care about the scratches and scuffs, I would've carried my Birkins everywhere!!

I am in the middle. Aesthetically, I think the Kelly has a slight edge, but from a practicality stance, the Birkin is more everyday. Love both! Trying to get a Kelly 35 in ostrich.
