Are Speedy’s Still in Style???

I've just been wearing my 12 year old épi Speedy 30 for a few weeks.
People still comment it (including men ! Imagine a man noticing a handbag !!!)

It is the quintessential bag silhouette of the House- an icon. I have many speedys and just went on a DE tear- bought the 30b & 35b when they popped up online. I guess it was FOMO at current prices with threats of increases looming.

The Speedy will never go out of style. It is a beautiful classic. Out of my collection, if I could only keep one piece, hands down it would be the Speedy! I am just sitting around waiting for LV to release a (new) Empreinte 25 Speedy in Noir...

Why I am so obsessed with the Speedy? My gateway luxury bag was old coach. But I pined for the speedy. Now I have three. Is it the shape? It is such a classic style. I know it wont go out of style anytime soon!

If you do, please let me know how much full vachetta replacement is.

I got the vachetta replaced and LV called me last week to let me know it's ready. I can't wait to pick it up. He said it's going to cost $960, which I think it's a bit pricey considering my Noe cost $300 less than that with a lot more vachetta. Oh well. Either way, I can't wait to pick it up. It took a little over 2 months to complete.
