I have the navy in empreinte and I have had it about 3 years. It has been my go to bag since the pandemic! I used to use it for travel a lot but now I use it everywhere while I rest my Hermes bags. It's so practical! Even my Hermes SA commented on it (she has one in canvas) ! I am thinking about getting a 2nd one in empreinte in a lighter colour. So no I am not tired of it!

How funny that today is the first day that I’ve checked in here since summer. I have gone back and forth on PM for several years. I’ve wanted one but didn’t buy because of issues. I just purchased mine tonight from LV online. Funny thing, my brand new mono is hundreds cheaper than preloved sites.
im hoping I love mine. I have about 10 LV bags from 2007 thr 2019. I’ve had nothing but high quality and no issues.
I just don’t understand why I could purchase from LV tonight but the preloved sites are selling the same bag for hundreds more

Its because the pochette metis used to be sold out everywhere with huge waitlists, so people are selling them for more than they paid. But now its available for anyone to purchase on LV website, so good luck selling at overprice :P

Yes, the hype is probably a bit gone, or it´s just this year and people are not really eager to buy LV bags in general. That is why the PM is now available everywhere. On the other hand the Speedy is very difficult to get at the moment.
I am a bit contradictory with my PM. I bought it 4 years ago and really loved it from day 1. However I hardly ever use it. I guess it is just not really suitable for any occasion for me. It´s not a bag for work, but also not a bag I´d go shopping with. When I meet friends I usually use a non monogram bag. So that leaves no occasion for the PM. It just sits in its dustbag and I admire it from time to time...

I had initially planned on getting one but I ended up purchasing a Siena PM instead and am really happy with that decision - but it’s all about what makes your heart sing. I should provide a caveat that I have an orignal, made in USA Coach Court bag, so I’ve got that look covered elsewhere.

This was me! I was so excited to receive it, put it on and hated it on me. I think it was the mono strap across my body. It was just too much logo everywhere for me. But on others it's not something I notice or that bothers me. But I didn't like it on me. But I've been looking at the Turtledove for a while. Right now I'm trying to decide between it and the Babylone Chain BB for casual, everyday wear. :)

Pochette Metis really isn’t as popular as used to be, saw a newly made brand new protect sticker on made in France one perfect alignment listed for $1,700, took quite a while to sell. a years ago, the same one would be sold for $2,500 or more easily.

I saw it but didn’t buy it because it’s easy to get hard to sell now, and not enough profit to make for relatively large sum of money invest

Right now, the cheapest and best bag to buy for self use or resale is Pochette Accessories
