I see nothing to inspire confidence. Scant feedback for inexpensive items as a seller, some books and CD's as a buyer. Three different eBay id's within five months. Blurry pictures which cant be seen properly.
At least 3 of those pictures were stolen from me/my ebay listings. Without even going through my records I can tell they date from 2008/2009.
Thank you Perlerare. This would be an explanation for why an unlikely seller had pictures of an authentic bag.
The lesson is always ask for specific additional pictures if you feel uncertain about a seller. Look for consistent backgrounds and style of picture. Beware of pictures which looked cropped (perhaps to remove watermarks) and at odd looking angles.
There are many, many unscrupulous people trying to separate you from your money.
In addition I think that Gumtree is a very unsafe site for buying Hermes, I recommend avoiding it altogether.

I regret to say, but I am wondering why this seller is selling a nearly brand new bag for $5K or Best Offer. They sell for much more. I cant say I am comfortable, and I cant tell if all these pictures are from the same source. They are still hard to see, especially the detail interior pictures in the actual auction. Call me cautious, but I personally would not be in active pursuit.
