Dear Bababebi,Thanks Bababebi for your help! I love my 1st Kelly that you authenticated for me last yr. I decided to send this bag back to the seller. They are so many demages that she did not diclosed.
LOL.. agree! I was in shocked when I got her.. OMG the rip, loose stitches and cracks. I just got back from the postal office. I returned to the seller and get my full refund. I guess that i need to wait for the next perfect Kelly.
I purchased a m stamp, black, togo kelly size 32 gold hardware from a local reseller who has been conducting reselling business in a busy shopping mall in my city. The reseller's store name is "Rome Station" and website is under construction: www.romestation.ca the store has been open for 2 years now and sells many many Hermes handbags over and beyond retail or resale prices I have seen online. They move inventory quite fast as i frequent the store to speculate weekly. My one and only purchased kelly from them seems to have some small threads loosening at the handle where it connects to the top of the handbag where the gold hardware ring is as well (in the loop). My question is if this is normal for Hermes quality from 2009? I can post a photo if my request is ok for response. I am attempting to take my kelly in to my local Hermes store for request of "spa" services I have been reading/learning about in this forum. But I am afraid if the loose threads and the fact that I purchased from a reseller may tarnish my relationship with my SA at Hermes. I have built my customer file to the point where I can apply for birkins and Kelly's.... In the past I have purchased a few more common handbags from my local Hermes store and I really do not want to give them a bad impression if my kelly is questioned to be non authentic. Please advise oh great and wise one! 👐
