Hi Ladies... I am most certain that this has been discussed a couple hundred times. I did a board search, but I couldnt find my specific answers. Please be patient with me...

I received my pre-loved Leigh in the mail today. AM IN LOVE. However, because she is pre-loved, she needs some extra lovin. From what I read, it seems there is an Apple spray and an Apple moisturizer?? Is this correct?? And if so, which would you guys recommend for the Leigh's leather type. And one more question....I tried to look Apple Moisturizer up on the bay, but to no avail..Can somone share a link please??

If you live close to a Burlington Coat Factory, they sell both the Apple Conditioner and Spray!!!! I bought the Spray for $5!!! (I already had the conditioner - found it at a small leather boutique for more money!!) I need to get back to Burlington Coat Factory and stockpile it!!!

I am SO!!! IRRITATED!!!

I have been waiting nearly TWO WEEKS for my Apple stuff to show up from leatherstuff, and today it did! Only.. I opened the box and there was the Garde Rain & Stain Repellant.. and a bottle of freakin' Suede & Nubuck Cleaner! That is NOT what I ordered! I ordered the Leather Care! It's even on my INVOICE!

UGGGHHH!!!! I emailed customer service, but now I have wait even LONGER to treat my new leather bags.

Anyone else have this happen, or is it just a fluke?

I *wish* my local Burlington Coat Factorys carried Apple. I called and visited them and neither one had even heard of the stuff, so I ordered it online (but not from Leatherstuff). I haven't called all of the BCFs in Chicagoland - yet - so there may be hope for me to get more Apple cheaply.

i've read just about everything on here and am really confused...i am looking at the madison spectator in green/parchment and want to know what apple products to use on it...do i use a spray? do i use the conditioner? i really need some help with this and just find myself confuddled...thanks!

I appled with the conditioner and then sprayed my Kira slim tote. When I sprayed it I panicked a bit because it turned a bit darker but once it dried it was fine.

I am interested in a Kira, but then I seen a pic of an empty one and it looked as if it doesn't hold it's shape well, is that the case?

Yes the leather is softer than it looks in pictures and does puddle when empty. But it is beautiful.
