My feet don't like Aldo shoes; they don't fit me properly and I find them uncomfortable. However I believe it is a very personal experience as few friends of mine swear by their boots.

My friend bought a pair of Aldo shoes and ended up with broken and bleeding toes. I actually checked that out, looked really bad. Of course she went for return, but the store clerk told her no return is allowed for worn shoes. Unbelievable, the shoes were defective and cause injury, Why can't a customer return a defective product, plus it was within a week from the date of initial purchase. It doesnt make any sense, those shoes are defective and have potential hazard, so they don't have any resell value why not allow returning? Does Aldo actually resell those terrible shoes if they are unworn? Terrible experience! Never bought from them again even if it's on sale.

I have a few shoes from Aldo, a few are comfortable and others are unbearable. The harder the material of the shoe the more it is going to hurt. I have some that I do not wear because they make my feet bleed. Or maybe i need to break them in, but in general I find the higher end shoes to be more comfortable and durable in the long run.

I would NEVER buy their shoes at full price, but when I can shop a sale online and find 3 cute styles in my size (which is an 8 1/2-9 and most popular sizes to sell out quick) for less than one pair at regular price then I snatch them up!

I always get complements from people when I'm wearing my aldo shoes and they literally stop me and ask "Where are your shoes from" and when I tell them ALDO they just glance at me in amazement, so strange since there is an ALDO in nearly every mall.

Comfort wise they're hard, meaning after a long day it feels like you're walking on a very flat and hard surface, really hurts the feet (I'm not even talking delicate styles like pumps but more like the military fashion boots and stuff)

I would continue to buy the trendy styles though when on sale to wear and not have to worry if they ruin in our cold Canadian winters (with all the salt on the road)

I would never really buy at Aldo but after Christmas they had a really good sale on boots. I ended up buying two pairs of suede boots for $100 in total and I always get compliments on them.

I was out dancing all night in these Aldo boots a few months back. Guess I was lucky? They are actually leather lined too, rather unusual for Aldo, they usually cut that corner.
I got them on sale too! :)

Affordable, cute shoes. Got a pair of leather boots from em winter 2012 and they still look very new, comfy too. Found a pair of leopard print wedges sometime in 2011 for $50 and they are the most comfortable heels I own, and they are easily 5inches. They deliver very fast to your home if you order from them online or in store.
If you see a pair u like, wait for 3-5 weeks and it will most likely go on sale.

I prefer aldo heels with platform (4" and up) over their flats and can walk hours in them! That being said, their shoes require massive breaking in and only feels comfortable after 2 wears for me. They also last pretty long for me, averaging 2 years?

I wore their leather boots for a 3 weeks overseas trip with temp 5° and they kept my feet surprisingly warm. And comfortable to walk around Paris for 8hrs a day too! However you should only buy their shoes when they are on sale.

I find Aldo suits my feet, as with any kinds of shoes, they require breaking in and that takes about two to three wears. I have had shoe brands that are more uncomfortable (rubi shoes), so Aldo is considered not so bad, and for myself, only comparable to Hush puppies. Of course, I only buy sale items.
