Hey! I’m doing well, day 4 post op rhino, so my eyes are swollen more than they were from revision des lol.
It’s supposed to be my upper eyelid stitch removal today but not sure if we can proceed with the current swelling. Will see what Dr Choi says
And yes so far so good, i’m happy with my clinic choices!

I was told that Wink is good clinic and specialized in eyes too. I got 2.5 million for upper eyelids blepharoplasty and ptosis correction and this would be my first time PS.
The surgeon speaks English but the staffs don't and I just get message to bring my own translator unless I speak Chinese which I don't. I wonder why do I need a translator if I only deal with the surgeon and pay the fee on the counter ...

You'll handle pricing, scheduling, and other logistics pre/post surgery with the consultant, not the surgeon. That's why they want you to bring a translator, since the consultant doesn't speak English.

I want a big change to my eyes, so I'm looking for a surgeon that is good at both DES and all four types of canthoplasties.

Yes they do perform those surgeries but how much of a big change can the doctor make on your eyes will depend on your anatomy.

So far the price I got is cheaper compared to other clinics but I am not sure about the works although there are BnA photo ... photo is just photo. I also check on YouTube but can't find one.

I messaged them through KKT and they did not end up quoting me or anything. Do you mind sharing how much they quoted you? I booked a f2f consultation for a day after I land in Korea so I’m hoping things go well.

As for why I’m more set on choosing wink is the detailed review and experience this blogger wrote about her time with wink. I also like that they stay more on the natural side or things as I think I don’t want to dolly for my eyes.

check Naver, they've been active there recently. Dr. Chois been making a lot of daily educational posts this month and I've found it to be really helpful! It has solidified my choice with Wink

Yes just cause they asked me to lol. But Dr Choi does speak fluent English so you need the translator for signing consent forms etc only

Did they ask you to wire 10% of the quoted price to confirm the booking? I thought I read that they accept credit card as a form of payment when I go for my f2f so I was caught off guard with their ask. Asking to wire funds makes me a little suspicious. Hey! Thank you, I’m doing well but dealing with more swelling now as I’ve just had a face lift lol.

Yes I did pre-book all my surgeries and wired 10% to each clinic. This is standard just to lock the available slot for you

I believe all clinics will ask for wire transfer and yes that is normal.
