Anyone good at ID'ing a type of Balenciaga pants?

They were today's pants on Regis & Kelly. I'm always on the lookout for the perfect pair of trouser pants. And, these look striped and cuffed?? Love that!!

I only have the bags so I know nothing about the clothes. I hear they are beautifully tailored and classic and don't go out of style by the time you leave the store.
Sounds a lot like the bags, now that I write this.
But I empathize with you. I too am always on the pant trail. Why is it so hard to find a decent, classic, well fitting pair of pants?? WHY? We all want them.

I have some decent ones by Ann Demeulemeester. She is good with menswear for us non men.

I'm not sure either, but here are some with the cuffs. In the clip, I don't see stripes on my screen, but the resolution quality wasn't so great on my comp.
