isn't there some way of reporting this business? that's terrible what they are doing to unsuspecting customers! Maybe a sticky to warn people not to use them.

You can file a claim with the BBB. If enough people file complaints, then they will take a serious look at MP.

At one time, they were very reputable.

I wouldn't purchase just based on a MPRS logo, some sellers will just steal the logo and include it in their listings, anyway.

I paid to have them authenticated 2 vuittons which was last year, never heard anything from them until today. I though to file complaint with bbb but not sure if they will care since the amount wasn't that much

Before tpf, MP was an excellent source for authentication. But of course, that was when Carol was there. As everyone says, Caroldiva is terrific.

I have never used mypoupette since I have heard so many negative things about them. I would also recommend using CarolDiva. I've used her a few times and she responds very quickly.

Just do a search on Purse Forum threads for the horror that is My Poupette. Incompetent? Deliberate Fraud? Under the pump?
Who knows the true reason, but given your question, they are obviously making no attempt to improve their service, so they deserve all the vilification that comes their way. Systematically ripping people off for $10 is low. Is PayPal still being accepted?
