Anyone else missing studs???

I've been carrying my whitewash/rosegold matinee for about 2 months and love her, but today I noticed that one of the studs on an outside zipper pull fell out! Has anyone else had this problem? I miss my stud!

That's horrible.. The only thing I can suggest is asking RM or Cat if you can send the bag in to be repaired. I think it's worth it in the end.. even if it takes a few weeks. Good luck to you!
