I would love to visit Hong Kong where Milan Station is. Apparently it's where you get really fantastic deals on authentic bags that the wealthy buy and decide they don't want it anymore.
I agree with your comment on the "ritzy neighborhood". Also, I think it depends on what they cater to. I know one that has a larger selection of bags and another that has more clothing. Just depends on what you feel that day.
