Anybody getting bored with LV?

At the moment, yes, a little. But I will always want a Twist...
(This doesn’t mean that I’m not tempted by some things, it’s just that I’m not swept off my feet. For now)

I am bored with LV.
I don't think the women's line is creative enough.
And if it's a creative piece, then it's limited, actually useless, and too expensive.
I do like many of the men's creative pieces, but they are slightly off in style and function for a woman IMO, and very expensive and impossible to get.
I wish some of the men's creative pieces were translated into women's bags, and actually buyable.

I haven’t shopped at LV in years.

Last time I went in to get a gift heat stamped and they had SAs assigning numbers in order to be served. (Estimated wait times 40mins) Turned me right off the brand and I avoid the boutique now.

This was never the case in the past and it’s not like LVMH is short on cash to hire employees.

Luxury shopping should be fun and shouldn’t remind one of waiting in line at the bakery in order to purchase a cake.

I just read through this resurrected thread and realised that I replied to it over ten years ago. :wtf::lol:

I guess I'm still not bored with LV. It is the only luxury brand that I have consistently loved since I was about 16, maybe younger, and I'm now 34. I bought my first item 12 years ago and I love my LV collection, and still love the brand in general. I have a few bags and accessories from other brands but I can't say that I love any of them as much as my LVs.

I am a little bored with LV at the moment for several reasons:

1. lot of trendy seasonal pieces with vivid prints released which are hard to incorporate into a wardrobe
2. Unable to keep up with price increases
3. LV s game of pre ordering everything new without even giving us a chance to look, feel and then decide
4. False hype of demand, while resellers get hold of hot items like in wholesale

Totally agree! Yes to everything!

Yep, totally.

I don't think I ever get "bored" with LV, but I find myself drawn to other brands as well. So it's more as if I take a break and then return. LV was my first foray into luxury bags and accessories, and I don't know that I'll ever be disinterested...even though there have been entire seasons I haven't felt tempted by. It comes and goes, but never disappears from my radar.

You really nailed it. Especially 2 and 3. While I have liked a few of the new fun seasonal pieces, I want to look, feel, and decide, and also be able to afford it more like I could about 5 years ago. I am having fun with what I own and also slowing down and enjoying the hunt for pieces I wanted years ago but missed out on.
