I got a Biasia, a tall and big one, but it doesn't even smell like leather. Would like to hear anyone's experience with them. Thx

I've ordered from them, but fabric bags, not leather. I've never heard anything questioning the authenticity of what they sell.

If you're unhappy with it, can you return it?

A few years back, they actually sold some higher-end designer bags. I used to buy my Alviero Martini Prima Classe bags there. They were authentic at the time. I don't shop with them now because it seems like they carry just mediocre items, and they did eliminate alot of pricier designers. Ever try Zappos? They have great service and free shipping.
